Stora Enso Langerbrugge – SELM42-Project
At Stora Enso Langerbrugge ADF TIB has worked on the SELM42 Project where a new power plant was built which operates on the basis of bio-residual waste and biomass. Contracts for the BOP LP-Piping part and for the Erection of the Set-TG were successfully performed on site.
The BOP LP Piping part included:
- The prefabrication and installation of various
pipelines to the turbine, cooling tower and the
existing plant (low pressure steam, condensate,
cooling water, demin water, gas, NaOH,
Urea, ...)
- The prefabrication and installation of the
necessary supporting, as well the primary as
the secondary supporting
- Fabrication and installation of the main
steam header
- Installation of various pumps and other devices
(pre-heater, heat exchanger, filters,
blow-down tank, ...)
The part of the TG-Erection Set (Turbine Generator Set) included:
- Installation of the condenser (70 Ton)
- Installation of the turbine (67 Ton)
- Installation of the oil-unit with its
Renk-reduction unit (35 Ton)
- Installation of the Siemens generator (76.5 Ton)
- Installation of the evacuation unit
- Alignment of the various elements
- Installation of various piping (steam,
condensate, cooling water, oil, ...) as part of
the Siemens scope
Because at this project a normal installation was not possible we used a special process where the equipment was installed by 4 automatic hoisting robots.

Fabrication skid, compleet file, engineering, fabrication and assembly in workshop + final file. Turbine skid – offshore platform SHELL SARAWAK.
