Quality
ADF TIB has its own quality system for following up all the welds made inside and outside our workshop.
The follow up of welds by means of a "welding file" respect the European standard and is constantly evaluated by our welding engineers and project engineers. Certification of the welders is an important item in our service. ADF TIB is proud to employ enough certified welders to meet the demands within the European market.
In case of "project follow-up" we offer a tailor-made quality warranty. To be able to offer this complete warranty we work with Loyds, SGS and DNV. Each project has its own follow-up identity that covers different fields like origin of materials, various certificates, welders & welds, specific welding research, pulling tests etc.
The PED (Pressure equipment Directive) file is an important item. ADF TIB has developed its own software that can check the PED on each level according to the legislation.
All standards are taken into consideration DIN, ASME, MERKBLATT, European directives PED (Pressure equipment Directive), standardisation by customer.
